HRT CAKES - Helping you through the menopause

Unfortunately during menopause our levels of oestrogen drop, causing our skin to age. Living a healthy lifestyle becomes more important as we strive to replace lost nutrients.  These cakes are full of natural, healthy ingredients and helps you to maintain a diet full of antioxidant-rich foods which will give you the optimum levels of nutrients crucial for radiant skin, including vitamins C and E, zinc and selenium.

Not just for women either!  The men in our house are happy to munch on anything so need to tell them all the health benefits they'll be gaining 😬
