Delivery Policy
We ship both locally and nationally. Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. Our aim is to get our products to you as soon as possible.We have 2 delivery options: First class delivery will be sent out the following day. Packages are sent via Royal Mail first class post. Second class deliveries are sent out Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Packages are sent via Royal Mail second class post.
No Quibble Refund or Exchange Policy
Exchange any product or gift you are not satisfied with and we will try and solve the situation. At Puremess, we pride ourselves on having happy customers and if you are not completely satisfied, let us find a suitable alternative which will knock your socks off!
