    • If an employee experiences or witnesses any form of sexual harassment or exploitation, they should report it immediately through the designated HR channels or anonymously through our whistle-blowing policy.

  4. Anti-Harassment and Anti-Bullying
    • Harassment, bullying, and any behaviour intended to intimidate, threaten, or harm another person are strictly prohibited.
    • This includes verbal, physical, or emotional abuse, and any actions that undermine team cohesion and safety.

    • Employees are expected to report any suspected violations of law, policy, or this code to management or through the whistle-blowing system.

  4. Environmental Responsibility
    • Employees are encouraged to act responsibly with respect to the environment, supporting company initiatives aimed at reducing waste, conserving resources, and promoting sustainable practices.

  5. Conflict of Interest
    • Employees must avoid conflicts of interest in all business dealings, including personal relationships that could influence decisions or harm the company’s reputation.
    • Employees should disclose any situation that could be seen as a conflict of interest to HR or management immediately.

  6. Whistle-Blowing and Reporting
    • Employees are encouraged to report any breaches of this Code of Conduct or other unethical behaviors they observe.
    • Whistle-blowers are protected under our whistle-blowing policy, and retaliation against individuals who report misconduct in good faith is strictly prohibited.

Enforcement and Disciplinary Actions

Violations of this Code of Conduct are taken seriously and may result in disciplinary actions, up to and including termination of employment, depending on the severity of the breach. The company reserves the right to investigate any concerns or complaints raised under this policy and will work to resolve issues fairly and in a timely manner.
