Pumpkin Pie Spice Pedicure

This easy-as-pie (see what I did there!!) foot scrub not only smells amazing but leaves your tootsies super soft.  I love using this late on a Saturday afternoon, accompanied by a lovely pumpkin-smelling candle and a latte!  Pure Hygge!

Ingredients:

1 cup soft brown sugar

½ cup almond oil (another oil can be substituted, just don't choose something that smells too strong)

½ tsp vitamin e oil (omit if you don't have any)

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Method:

Mix all of the ingredients together and add to a pretty jar. I keep mine in a little Kilner jar with a red and white checked ribbon around it.

Thoroughly wash your feet and sit on the edge of your bath.  Gently rub the scrub all over your feet, including in between your toes. Pay particular attention to the heels as this tends to be the driest part.

Inhale the lovely aroma!

Rinse thoroughly.  Gently pat dry and pop your favourite moisturiser on your feet (try our body custards as they are super moisturising) and cover with socks.

Please be careful as this will make the bath slippery.

P.S. This makes a really special handmade Christmas gift. Why not pop some in a pretty kilner jar, hand write the ingredients on a lovely label and give to a friend!
