This floral water is a real gem. It's easy to make, cost effective and requires little effort but will leave your skin refreshed and glowing. Kept in the refrigerator it's a revitalising treat for your skin during the summer months. Use in place of a toner in your normal skincare routine.
Ingredients:
100ml Boiling Water
2 tablespoons (30g) Dried Lavender Flowers
Fine sieve or muslin cloth (Preferable)
Method:
Put the lavender flowers into a heatproof bowl and pour over the boiling water.
Leave to cool and cover overnight.
Strain through either a fine sieve or muslin cloth into a pretty jar.
Keep refrigerated - it will last up to 2 weeks.
Breathe in and enjoy the beautiful scent!
TOP TIP:
Soak a muslin cloth with this and keep in the fridge - take out and use on your forehead or the back of your neck when you're experiences pesky menopausal hot flushes!
