This is a super easy recipe, which is great because Brownies go down very well in our house!  It’s from my Grandma Pearl, or GG, which is what my boys called her because she was their great Grandma.  It has been passed down to me from my Step-mom Trude.

This is a healthy, warming quiche that we eat every Easter. It makes an excellent side dish for lamb or chicken but is equally amazing on its own! And the best part is… it’s delicious hot or cold.
